After your purchase: Safely remove the lower frame from your pistol. Remove all necessary internal components. Package/Wrap it up, box it up, and ship it to us via your favorite method (FedEx Ground / UPS / USPS). You MUST include a copy of your paid invoice inside your box. DO NOT send your slide in an envelope. Most envelopes we receive get ripped during transit and we have even received torn envelopes with no contents. Make sure your slide gets to us safely - BOX IT UP.

Turn-around time - Most jobs will be finished in 2-3 weeks. The clock starts when we receive your slide.
